Tommy is a retired electrician, Harley enthusiast and formerly worked for University of Illinois. As the current President he has various responsibilities including ensuring the mission of the organization is executed, its programs are carried out in support of that mission, its finances are managed to carry out that mission, and of course, he is the ultimate supervisor of the organization's human capital.

Keith is the 20+yr open source database administrator currently for Ticketmaster that is also a Harley enthusiast . Keith is responsible for all related technology used at SOB as well as works with the overall team to help develop and enforce policies and objectives for the organization to ensure it maintains its values and meets established goals. Keith graduated from Regis University with a Business degree and a minor in Computer Science (BS) .
